Money's Worth

Hey there everybody. So, February kind of sucked in terms of updates... Let's fix that with something I'm going to call "Reader Appreciation Week."

So as I said before the jump, this first week of March is going to be "Reader Appreciation Week." What does that mean exactly? Well seeing as I only updated once in February, I wanted to make up for my lack of production last month by going to the opposite extreme for the start of March. So get ready for seven new captions in seven days.

That's right, seven captions in seven days. I apologize to any of you with heart conditions, I know this is a lot of excitement to take in all at once, so I'll give you a minute to catch your breath.

What's that? Actually updating your blog on a daily basis is considered "normal" for a decent number of captioners out there? I know, why do you think I set the bar so low last month? Otherwise this wouldn't have been anywhere near as impressive. There's a life lesson for all of you nice readers, if you lower your standards, the mundane suddenly becomes something worth celebrating! Yay!

In all seriousness, I'm sorry that last month was so slow. I wish I had a good reason, but I really don't. I just didn't feel like captioning. Hopefully this week will make up for it.

I'll see you all tomorrow with caption number two.

Assuming I don't get hit by a bus between now and then...

Or forget to update...

Fingers crossed.

  3. If by 'Reader Appreciation' you mean an opportunity for all of us readers out here to show our appreciation of you, then I'm all for this week of wonderful updates! Your caps are always a treat to view bring joy to your readers, no matter how often you update!

This cap deliciously demonstrates how you can dutifully describe all manner of divine diversions. Love it!

  4. I love your work Rauk, its why I have a link to your blog on my tg blogs blog list. I also have to say cool on reader appreciation week. i understand how life can get busy and mae it hard to update. I did a similar thing in december and before I even read this post, due to lack of updates on my blog i had decided I'd be doing it again during my college spring reak (great minds think alike) Keep up the great work.
