I made a slight variation to the end of this request as I decided to cut the genital transplant, but I tried to keep the rest as faithful as I could:
"Teenage girl tricked and manipulated teenage brother into behaving girly, secretly gave him hormones, eventually convinces parents to make him a girl, transplanting her ovaries into him and his testicles into her, so she can become the boy she always wanted to be."
