"It'd be interesting if someone woke up in a parallel world, only as a woman, and then shifted back and forth.  Actions in one world would affect him in the other.  Like if he had sex as a woman with someone he'd wake up with his roommate as a man.  Maybe the guy would be schizophrenic and would wonder if he was simply going insane, and the story would end without clarifying whether any of it was real."
