A Terrible Apology

I'd like to take a moment to quickly apologize for the complete lack of content in the past week or so. And now to completely ruin that apology, I have to say that this dry spell might not be ending for longer than I anticipated.

Lately my captioning time has been cut to basically nothing, and probably won't be getting much better until the weekend. I might have time to crank out a quicky somewhere, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I feel bad since I've got a couple of standing requests still to finish, and again I'm sorry to those of you who are waiting, but I really want to take my time and do them right. Plus I still have a lot of Seven left to finish, and that is not something I'm willing to do a rush job on.

So as of now all I have for you is a terrible apology, as I can't even say I'll do better soon. Anyway, just wanted to keep all of you posted, and hopefully you'll be seeing some new content by the weekend.

  1. It's ok, just do what you need to do to get things straight, your loyal readers will still be here when you get unbusy. Don't try to force anything it just stifles creativity

  2. Relax and take your time! I can't see any good in trying to be productive when it just doesn't want to happen. Eventually, the imagination and joy of captioning will come back. And when that happens, tomorrow, next week, mext moth or next year, we will still be here and very happy to have you back as the great captioner you are...

  4. Just give yourself all the time you need hon, as we all know that when you return to an inspired state then the caps will be superb. Should you try to do a cap while not inspired to .. the cap will not have the same quality that you are used to providing to us .. your loyal readers. I am sure others agree that it is sometimes worth the wait to get your awesome caps at full quality. Keep up the great work when you have the time and the inspiration. I am Monica and have read your caps from earliest available on here to present. I love your style.

  6. No apology necessary Rauk. We're all greedy for your great caps, but there is an understanding from most that 'Real Life' always comes first.
